Postocial pricing: plans that grow with you

Yes, on every plan, with every feature of the plan you pick turned on. A card is required to start the 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, we charge your card for the plan you picked, unless you cancel before.

No. Postocial is a paid tool, and there is no free-forever plan. You can try any plan free for 7 days, and plans start at €19.99 a month.

We charge your card for the plan you picked, monthly or yearly, and your subscription starts. If you do not want to continue, cancel from the Billing page before the 7 days are up and you will not be charged.

Prices are in euros, billed monthly or yearly. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. A year costs 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free.

Every plan includes publishing to all 14 networks, the calendar and queue, AI captions and images, analytics, approvals, team roles, the REST API, webhooks for publishing events, the MCP server and unlimited scheduled posts, within each network's own rate limits. Premium and higher plans add messaging: the unified inbox, chatbots and automations, broadcasts, contacts with a pipeline, the WhatsApp, SMS, live chat, Telegram bot, Messenger and Instagram DM channels, meeting booking and AI replies. They add link in bio too: bio pages, short links, QR codes, tracking pixels and forms. Plans also differ in their limits for social accounts, team members, storage, AI credits and AI images.

Starter is for creators and small businesses that plan, publish and measure their own posts. Premium is for businesses that also answer messages, run chatbots and use link in bio. Agency is for agencies that publish posts and answer messages for many clients and brands. Unlimited is for agencies and multi-brand businesses that connect as many social accounts as they need. Messaging and link in bio are included in Premium and higher plans, not in Starter. Each plan also sets how many social accounts you can connect: 5 on Starter, 10 on Premium, 100 on Agency and no limit on Unlimited.

Social accounts. On Unlimited, you can connect as many profiles, pages and channels as you need. Its other limits still apply: 10 team members, 50 GB storage, 15,000 AI credits and 500 AI images a month, 3 link-in-bio custom domains and 150,000 contacts for messaging. As on every plan, scheduled posts are unlimited, within each network's own rate limits.

Each profile, page or channel you connect counts as one. For example, a LinkedIn profile and a LinkedIn page are two social accounts, and so are an Instagram account and a Facebook Page. On Premium and higher plans, a WhatsApp number you connect counts as one too.

A contact who messaged you, or whom you messaged, in the last 30 days. The Contacts page shows how many you have, and nothing is blocked when you reach the limit. You get 10,000 on Premium, 25,000 on Agency and 25,000 on Unlimited.

Nobody is turned away: messages from new customers always arrive. Only adding contacts by hand or by import stops at the limit, and Postocial notifies you as you get close. The limit is 50,000 on Premium, 150,000 on Agency and 150,000 on Unlimited.

They are the monthly AI allowance in your plan. AI credits pay for the writing assistant in the composer, and AI images are counted separately. You get 1,000 credits and 50 images on Starter, 5,000 credits and 200 images on Premium, 15,000 credits and 500 images on Agency and 15,000 credits and 500 images on Unlimited. On Premium and higher plans, AI replies in automations and reply suggestions in the inbox run on your own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek key instead.

Yes. Move up or down at any time from the Billing page. Plan changes are prorated, so the price adjusts for the time left in your billing period. Before you move to a smaller plan, check that your connected accounts, team members and storage fit its limits, and that it includes the features you use, such as messaging and link in bio.

Open the Billing page in the app and cancel your plan. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

We do not refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires it. Cancel before your renewal date to stop the next charge. The refund policy has the details.

Not from Postocial. Every plan includes unlimited scheduled posts, within each network's own rate limits. For example, Threads allows 250 published posts per profile in 24 hours through its API.

Postocial does not charge extra for X, but X does. You connect X with your own X API key and pre-fund X developer credits with X, about $5 per 500 posts. Analytics are not available for X. See how to connect X.

Not from Postocial, which does not charge per message. WhatsApp and SMS come with Premium and higher plans. Meta bills WhatsApp messages to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account, and texts go through your own Twilio, Plivo or SMS gateway account, which bills each text by segment. Each account includes one workspace. Inside it, you can group social profiles into brands, for clients, locations or product lines, and invite teammates up to your plan limit.
