How many hashtags each network wants
The assistant can suggest hashtags, but each network treats them differently. Use this to decide how many to keep.

Give it the specifics
Drafts get better when your request includes the details: the offer, the date, the link and who the post is for.

Write for the network
Ask for a short version for X or Bluesky and a longer one for LinkedIn. The text limits table shows how much room each network gives you.

Edit for your voice
Read every draft out loud and change the words you would never say. Your audience follows you, not a template.

Confirm names, prices, dates and claims in the draft, and look over generated images for garbled text.

What can the AI assistant do?
It writes caption drafts and suggests hashtags in the composer and generates images for your posts. On Premium and higher plans, when you connect your own AI key, it also suggests replies to conversations in the unified inbox.
How many AI credits and images do I get?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 1,000 AI credits and 50 AI images on Starter, 5,000 AI credits and 200 AI images on Premium, 15,000 AI credits and 500 AI images on Agency and 15,000 AI credits and 500 AI images on Unlimited.
What if I need more AI credits?
The allowance is per month, and the largest one is on Agency and higher plans: 15,000 AI credits and 500 AI images. On Starter or Premium, move to Agency if you regularly need more. Plan changes are prorated.
Can I use my own OpenAI or Claude key?
Yes, for the AI features that come with messaging on Premium and higher plans. Connect your own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek key to your workspace. It powers AI replies in automations and reply suggestions in the inbox, and AI Knowledge needs OpenAI or Gemini. Your AI provider bills you for that use. Captions, hashtags and AI images in the composer use your plan's AI credits.
Does the AI publish posts on its own?
Not in the composer: the assistant writes drafts and you decide what to schedule. If you connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT through the MCP server, it can draft, schedule and publish posts for you, but only within your role and, with sign-in, only in the workspace you pick (a personal access token reaches every workspace you belong to). Posts it schedules still wait for approval when your workspace requires it.
Is the AI assistant included in every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes caption and hashtag drafts and AI images, and plans differ in how many AI credits and AI images you get each month. AI replies, reply suggestions in the inbox and AI Knowledge come with messaging, on Premium and higher plans only.
