Teams and approvals

Approvals without the endless email threads

Bring teammates in with the right role, send posts for approval through a shared calendar link and let clients connect their own accounts without handing over a password.

Team members

Roles that match the job

Invite teammates to your workspace and give each one a role: admin, member, viewer or a custom team role you define. Turn on two-factor authentication to protect every sign-in.

  • Admin, member and viewer roles
  • Custom team roles. On Premium and higher plans, they pick from 55 permissions that also cover the inbox and automations, with optional limits to certain messaging channels
  • Two-factor authentication
  • Team members: 2 on Starter, 5 on Premium, 10 on Agency and 10 on Unlimited
  • Assign inbox conversations to the teammate who should answer, on Premium and higher plans

Approvals

Approvals your clients will actually use

Mark posts as needing approval and share the calendar link with your client or manager. They open the link and approve or reject each post. You set the date the link expires.

  • Posts can require approval before they publish
  • Approve or reject from a shared calendar link
  • An expiry date on every shared link
Read the approvals guide

Client invite link

Clients connect their own accounts, no passwords shared

Send a client an invite link, and they connect their own social profiles to your workspace by signing in to each network themselves. Nobody emails a password, and you never have to ask for one.

  • Valid for 1 to 180 days, you choose
  • Optional password on the link
  • The client signs in to each network directly

Brands

Group profiles by brand

Each account includes one workspace. Inside it, group social profiles into brands (Groups in the app), one for each client, location or product line, so a long account list stays easy to work with.

  • A brand for each client, store or product line
  • Social accounts: 5 on Starter, 10 on Premium, 100 on Agency and no limit on Unlimited
  • Tags and calendar filters to separate campaigns

Approval workflow

An approval round, start to finish

  1. Draft

A teammate writes the post and its version for each network.

  2. Request approval

Mark the post as needing approval before it can publish.

  3. Share the calendar

Send the shared calendar link to your client and set when it expires.

  4. Approve and publish

The client approves or rejects. Approved posts go out at their scheduled time.

FAQ

Team questions

What roles can teammates have?

Three built-in roles: admin, member and viewer. Admins manage the workspace, members do the day-to-day work, and viewer suits people who need to see the plan without changing it. On top of that, a Can approve right per person decides who approves posts, and custom team roles pick the permissions each person needs, 55 in all on Premium and higher plans, where a custom role can also limit someone to certain messaging channels.

How do clients approve posts?

Mark the posts that need sign-off as requiring approval, then share the calendar link with your client. They open it and approve or reject each post. You choose the date the link expires.

How long does a client invite link last?

You choose between 1 and 180 days when you create it, and you can protect the link with a password.

How many team members can I add?

It depends on your plan: 2 on Starter, 5 on Premium, 10 on Agency and 10 on Unlimited. Every plan has the same roles, approvals and invite links.

Can I manage several clients or brands?

Yes. Each account includes one workspace, and inside it you group social profiles into brands, one for each client, location or product line.

Is two-factor authentication available?

Yes. Every teammate can turn on two-factor authentication for their sign-in.
