Pricing

Agorapulse pricing vs Postocial pricing

Postocial lists its prices in euros and Agorapulse in US dollars. Check how each tool counts users, channels or brands before you compare totals.

  • Agorapulse pricing

Agorapulse charges per user per month. Standard is $99 on monthly billing or $79 billed yearly, Professional $149 ($119 yearly) and Advanced $199 ($149 yearly), each with 10 social profiles, while Custom is quoted and has unlimited profiles. Extra profiles are listed at $10 or $15 a month each. Agorapulse replaced its classic free plan on July 6, 2026 with a free Archie plan built around its AI assistant, and its paid plans have a 30-day trial with no card.

  • Postocial pricing

Postocial has four plans, each with analytics, approvals, the API and unlimited scheduled posts within each network's own rate limits. Yearly billing costs 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free, and plan changes are prorated.

Switching

Switching from Agorapulse: a five-step checklist

Most of the work is reconnecting accounts and rebuilding your schedule. Run both tools side by side for a week if you want a safety net.

  1. Connect your accounts

Start the 7-day trial and connect the profiles you run in Agorapulse. If a client owns a profile, send them a client invite link so they can connect it without sharing a password.

  2. Rebuild your posting times

Set your workspace's weekly time slots once, by weekday, to match your Agorapulse schedule. "Add to queue" then drops each new post into the next free slot, and you can still pick an exact time for any post.

  3. Move your upcoming posts

Put your scheduled posts in a CSV file and create them in one bulk upload, or rebuild them in the composer with a version for each network.

  4. Set up your inbox

On Premium and higher plans, assign conversations to teammates, add internal notes and tags, and save the replies you use most. Connect WhatsApp Business, a Telegram bot, SMS or website chat if customers reach you there too.

  5. Bring in your team

Invite teammates as admins, members or viewers and turn on approvals where you need them.

Postocial vs Agorapulse: questions and answers

Something we missed, or a detail that changed? Write to hello@postocial.com.

Is Postocial cheaper than Agorapulse?

On list price, yes. Agorapulse Standard costs $99 per user a month on monthly billing, with 10 profiles. Postocial Starter costs €19.99 a month for 2 team members and 5 social accounts, and Premium costs €29.99 a month for 5 team members, 10 social accounts, the inbox and link in bio. Agorapulse costs less only if its free Archie plan covers what you need.

Can the Postocial MCP server publish posts?

Yes. Once connected, Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant can list your accounts and draft and schedule posts, within the limits of your role. Agorapulse's free MCP connector can draft posts but not publish them directly.

Does Postocial have a free plan like Agorapulse?

Agorapulse replaced its classic free plan on July 6, 2026 with a free Archie plan built around its AI assistant, and its paid plans have a 30-day trial with no card. Postocial has no free plan; every plan starts with a free trial instead. A card is required to start the 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, we charge your card for the plan you picked, unless you cancel before.

How does posting to X work in Agorapulse and Postocial?

Agorapulse sells X (Twitter) as a separate add-on. In Postocial, X works with your own X API key: you pre-fund X developer credits, about $5 per 500 posts, and Postocial has no analytics for X.
