What helps a scheduled post fit in, from the rules to the comments.
- Read the rules first. Each community decides which post types it allows and may require flair.
- Make the title specific. It is both the hook and the text people search for.
- Stay for the conversation. Reply to comments instead of posting a link and leaving.
- Write for each community. Avoid repeating the same promotion everywhere, and tailor every post to its audience.
- Check the video rules. Videos are not allowed in private or mature (18+) communities.

How long can a Reddit title and post be?
Titles can be up to 300 characters. Text post bodies are reported at up to 40,000 characters.
Does Reddit use hashtags?
No. Reddit has no hashtag system. People find posts through the community, the title and the flair, so put your effort there.
Can I reply to Reddit comments from Postocial?
Yes, on Premium and higher plans. Comments on your posts come into the unified inbox, where you can answer them, assign them and keep internal notes.
Why can't I post a video to some subreddits?
Videos are not allowed in private or mature (18+) communities, and each community chooses which post types it accepts. Check the rules of a subreddit before you schedule to it.
Is it OK to schedule promotional posts on Reddit?
Many communities limit self-promotion. Share posts that are useful on their own, write each one for its community and take part in the comments.
