How do I connect X (Twitter)?
X needs your own X API key. Create an app on X's developer site, pre-fund X credits (about $5 per 500 posts), then add the key to your workspace. Follow the X guide.
Which networks can I connect?
You can publish to Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, LinkedIn (profiles and pages), YouTube, X (with your own X API key), Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit, Tumblr and Telegram. On Premium and higher plans, the same Add account list also connects messaging channels: a WhatsApp Business number, a Telegram bot, a live chat widget for your website and SMS through your own Twilio, Plivo or SMS gateway account.
Can Postocial reply to messages automatically?
Yes, on Premium and higher plans. Build an automation for WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, SMS or live chat. The automations guide walks through your first one.
How does the free trial work?

Can clients approve posts before they go out?
Yes. Send a shared calendar link, and they can approve or reject each post. See the approvals guide.
Is there an API?
Yes. Every plan includes the Publishing API, signed webhooks and an MCP server for AI assistants. The Messaging and Link in Bio APIs come with Premium and higher plans. See the API guide.
