Which size to use

For link posts, use 1200 × 627 (1.91:1), LinkedIn’s own guidance. Images under 200 pixels wide show only as a small thumbnail beside the post.

Image posts are flexible: any ratio works, and ratios other than 1.91:1 show at full size with light padding. A post can hold 2 to 20 images.

For your profile, use 400 × 400 or larger for the photo and 1584 × 396 (4:1) for the background. For a Page, the logo is 400 × 400 (268 × 268 minimum) and the cover is 1512 × 256, which LinkedIn lists as both the minimum and the recommended size. Older guides say 1128 × 191; use the newer size.
