Which size to use
The standard Pin is 1000 × 1500 pixels, a 2:3 ratio. Pins taller than 2:3 may be cut off in feeds, so resist the urge to go longer.
Carousel Pins hold 2 to 5 images, each 2:3 or square (1:1) and up to 20 MB. For a business account’s profile cover, Pinterest recommends a horizontal 16:9 image, with 800 × 450 as the minimum. Profile pictures work at 280 × 280.

Tips for Pinterest images
- Pin images can be PNG or JPEG, up to 20 MB on desktop or 32 MB in the app.

- Put the main keyword in the first 40 characters of the Pin title.
- Video Pins can be 1:1, 2:3, 4:5 or 9:16, and at least 4 seconds long.
