What's included

Link in bio is included on Premium and higher plans. Here's what it covers:

  • Bio pages built from blocks, with themes to style them.
  • Short links for captions, emails and ads.
  • QR codes for flyers, packaging, menus and events.
  • Forms that collect submissions from your page.
  • Tracking pixels for your ad platforms.
  • Analytics for your pages and links.
  • Custom domains on Premium (1 domain), Agency (3 domains) and Unlimited (3 domains).

Create your bio page

  1. Start a page. Open Bio Links in the sidebar and choose CREATE BIOLINK PAGE, or BROWSE TEMPLATES to start from a theme.
  2. Pick a theme. Choose a theme that fits your brand.
  3. Add blocks. Add a block for each thing people should find: your newest offer, a booking link, your shop, a sign-up form. Put the most important one first.
  4. Save and copy the link. Save the page and copy its address.
  5. Add it to your bios. Paste the link into your Instagram, TikTok, Threads and other profile bios.
  6. Check what people tap. After a few days, open Bio Links > Analytics and move the most-clicked blocks up.

Short links keep long addresses tidy in captions and emails. Create them under Bio Links > Links, one at a time or in bulk, and give a link an expiry date when an offer ends. QR codes, under Bio Links > QR Codes, take people from paper to your page: print one on a flyer, a table card or a product box.

  • Create a separate short link for each place you share it, so analytics show which one people use.
  • Test every QR code with two different phones, printed at its real size.
  • Put a short call to action next to the code, such as "Scan for this week's menu".

Collect sign-ups with a form

Add a form block to collect submissions such as newsletter sign-ups, quote requests or event replies. They land in Bio Links > Settings > Collected data, where you can export them as a CSV file. Ask only for the details you need, and say what you will do with them.

Measure clicks and add tracking pixels

Page and link analytics show how people use your page and links. If you advertise, add your tracking pixels so your ad platforms can measure visits from the page.

Pixels collect data about visitors, so check whether privacy laws where your visitors live require their consent first.

Use your own domain

Custom domains are included on Premium (1 domain), Agency (3 domains) and Unlimited (3 domains).

  1. Choose a domain. Use a domain or subdomain you own, such as links.yourbrand.com.
  2. Add it to Postocial. Open Bio Links > Settings > Custom domains and choose CONNECT DOMAIN.
  3. Update your DNS. At your domain provider, add the A record Postocial shows. Postocial then issues and renews the SSL certificate for you.
  4. Wait and test. DNS changes can take from a few minutes to a day or two. Then open the domain in a browser to check that your page loads.

Developers can work with link in bio through its own REST API. API and webhooks guide.
