Pricing

CoSchedule pricing vs Postocial pricing

Postocial lists its prices in euros and CoSchedule in US dollars. Check how each tool counts users, channels or brands before you compare totals.

  • CoSchedule pricing

CoSchedule Starter is $39 a month on monthly billing or $29 a month billed yearly, for 1 user and 3 social profiles, and extra profiles are $5 a month each. Professional is $59 monthly or $49 yearly, and Suite is quoted from $69 a month. X profiles are not included in any plan and cost $16 per profile a month. CoSchedule has a free plan for up to 15 scheduled posts on 1 social profile, and its Starter and Professional plans have a 14-day trial that takes a card at signup.

  • Postocial pricing

Postocial has four plans, each with analytics, approvals, the API and unlimited scheduled posts within each network's own rate limits. Yearly billing costs 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free, and plan changes are prorated.

Networks

Which networks each tool lists

Postocial publishes to 14 networks. Here is how that lines up with the networks CoSchedule lists, as of November 2026.

Switching

Switching from CoSchedule: a five-step checklist

Most of the work is reconnecting accounts and rebuilding your schedule. Run both tools side by side for a week if you want a safety net.

  1. Connect your accounts

Start the 7-day trial and connect the profiles you run in CoSchedule. If a client owns a profile, send them a client invite link so they can connect it without sharing a password.

  2. Rebuild your posting times

Set your workspace's weekly time slots once, by weekday, to match your CoSchedule schedule. "Add to queue" then drops each new post into the next free slot, and you can still pick an exact time for any post.

  3. Move your upcoming posts

Put your scheduled posts in a CSV file and create them in one bulk upload, or rebuild them in the composer with a version for each network.

  4. Recreate campaigns as tags

If you organize work by campaign, add each campaign as a tag in Postocial and filter the calendar by it. Hashtag groups and templates keep recurring formats consistent.

  5. Bring in your team

Invite teammates as admins, members or viewers and turn on approvals where you need them.

FAQ

Postocial vs CoSchedule: questions and answers

Something we missed, or a detail that changed? Write to hello@postocial.com.

Does Postocial replace a full marketing calendar?

No. Postocial is a social media and messaging tool: it plans, publishes and reports on social posts, and Premium and higher plans add an inbox with chatbots and broadcasts, a contact list and link-in-bio pages. If you also plan blog posts, emails and projects in one calendar, CoSchedule covers that wider scope.

Which plan do I need for approvals?

In CoSchedule, message approvals start on Professional, at $59 a month on monthly billing. In Postocial, approvals are on every plan: posts can require approval, and clients can approve or reject them from a shared calendar link with an expiry date.

Does Postocial have a free plan like CoSchedule?

CoSchedule has a free plan for up to 15 scheduled posts on 1 social profile, and its Starter and Professional plans have a 14-day trial that takes a card at signup. Postocial has no free plan; every plan starts with a free trial instead. A card is required to start the 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, we charge your card for the plan you picked, unless you cancel before.

How does posting to X work in CoSchedule and Postocial?

CoSchedule does not include X in any plan; each X profile costs $16 a month. In Postocial, X works with your own X API key: you pre-fund X developer credits, about $5 per 500 posts, and Postocial has no analytics for X.
